Can't Request Total from Seller Error 80124

Insanely frustrating. Never had this issue before. Click Request Total from Seller and get an error message.

Hello. I'm trying to list an item at Buy It Now and add the Best Offer option. However, when I go to Fixed Price for the format, there is no checkbox or Best Offer option.
