need to close ebay store for a while,not vacation mode, just close temporary

I never have option to ship my items parcel select ,that's what some customers ask for.whats the deal ?never comes up on shipping selections.

When I go to ship sold items in shipping section I never see parcel select option, it shows it on receipt, to the buyer, the section to the right of shipping options.

after i sell item my shipping moves to media mail 

After selling I go to ship it and my shipping charges change media mail, never enough to ship correctly
