I reported 2 items yesterday for being prohibited (HA!) on eBay and they
responded that they looked into my report and said they didn't find the

A seller had an item I was planning to bid on today. There were no other
bids. Seller ended the item and re-listed it as a BIN at double the
price. Isn't this deceptive and unethical as a seller? Is it against any
sort of policy?
I purchased pairs of panties from a seller who stated they look unworn

I just bought these panties and have never seen the little Victoria
label next to the regular label. Has anyone seen this with other VS

Thank you for your reply. If you look at the photos, there are stains in
the gussets. Clearly used. I just would rather not weed through listings
that should not even be there.
Update: After having item listed as a BIN for less than a day, seller
added a .99 starting bid to listing. Which is a butt ton less than
original starting bid. So seller clearly is confused. Apparently not
unethical according to y'all but definitely ...
