Even has lost thier minds! They don't allow combined shipping on sales
won via the offer option. They say it's to cut down on non-payment
buyers, but all it's doing is costing sales for the sellers. Now instead
of someone buying 10-15 books at 2 buck...
So Ebay implemented this new policy where if you submit a Best Offer
then you have to submit your payment info and pay immediately if offer
is accepted. 1. Ebay didnt tell sellers and buyers about this. They just

I wonder how many sales has this cost buyers.... I used to buy multiple
comics at a time and use combine shipping... now, no more. Ebay, what
were you thinking?
