Can't sell through the android app

I downloaded the latest version of the android app and there is no option to sell through it. I also have the Etsy seller app. Take example from it it is very well stractured.

Why can't we list items through the app just like it is possible with the etsy.com app. Listing with my mobile phone is next to impossible
