I contacted seller but received no reply twice. On his profile I found this  Why are some numbers cancelled? Scam?

We have 31 days in October and 30 days in Septermber. So Ebay should charge me on October 30th or 31? Also I want to know if I dont pay my monthly fee on time and currently have an item for sale(auction style) it gets automatically cancelled or ebay ...
