Why does the feedback question still appear for items canceled by
buyers? Both transactions were canceled before mailout occurred. This
has happened twice, and they still keep popping up. How can I get rid of
them, as I don't want to leave feedback!

could print from there. Originally always went thru the seller's page!

Same problem. tried 2 different browsers as well. Just keeps spinning
and will not print! Very frustrating, as I always include a packing slip
except when customers specifically ask me not to!
