Okay, so I paid this Ebay seller $99 for a laptop and as soon as I bought it, it was relisted and a negative feedback appeared on the seller's profile saying that it was a SCAM. I asked for my money back by trying to open a case, but then I found out...

I looked this place up on google and the ebay forums, which said that this adress is the home of person who hacks peoples ebay and/or paypal accounts. Is this correct? Please let me know. I do not want to get hacked. Thank you.
