Ebay stated the buyer wanted a refund - I said ok - and now the $ is
refunded to the buyer without the buyer returning the merchandise - is
that standard? Do I get the merchandise back before Ebay refund the
money?

Thank you. Yes - I should have done return label- they got $100 pair of
new shoes because they were “too wide”.i appreciate the info / I rarely
get returns -I am very fortunate so “live and learn”.thank you!
