For example, a package weights 5lbs but because of the size the dimensional weight is 25lbs. What number do I put into the shipping calculator? 5lbs or 25lbs? The calculator is obviously using the dimensions because it doesnt seem to change the price...

I am a seller and most of my ads offer free shipping. I'm printing the shipping labels in Ebay but cant figure out how to see and/or change where the money is being deducted to pay for the shipping.
