Well it is in fact eBay that is in charge of the Global Shipping
Program. Once the seller sends their item to their local Pitney
Bowes/eBay Global shipping center, the seller's shipping obligations are

Did you ever receive your package? I ordered something from the UK and
live near Los Angeles. My package cleared customs and was "collected
from airline" at LAX airport almost 7 days ago and not a single update
since.
