How to get accurate shipping info in a listing for an item requiring more than one package to ship?

I have a item that is two pieces, large and heavy. The only way to ship the item will be in to boxes. Is there any way to accurately portray this for shipping calculated by zip? Thanks Alan

Why will the Ebay shipping routine for USPS First Class service only allow 13 ounces maximum weight? The USPS allows up to 16 ounces.
