Is there still a problem with Make an Offer Sales? I have two sales, sent the invoices and followup emails but have not received payments.

I have offers for two items I am selling but when I click on Respond to Offer I get a summary of the item and offer but no way to actually respond to the offer. Is there an Ebay issue going on?

I sent a counter offer to a buyer who sent me a Best Offer bid. Now I have a second offer. Do I have to wait until the first counter offer expires to reply or counter offer to buyer #2?

How do you add the BEST OFFER option to a listing? I don't see it in the Sell it Yourself directions.
