I sold an item, the buyer says it never arrived. They said they moved to a new address. It's been more than 90 days; the tracking shows the item is in transit. I can't see the buyers address that the item was shipped to. I'm not sure if they removed ...
The buyer opened a disputed and I already refunded the buyer. How do I file a claim for the $20 insurance that the service provided?
I'm not sure why eBay will not allow me to use this shipping service. The buyer selected that method. The dimensions are within the requirement. I'm shipping a coin. What am I missing? Thanks for the help in advance.
I'm trying to cancel / refund a buyer in Bulgaria. For some reason, I get "Well that didn't go as planned." page. I don't ship items outside the US. I spoke with an eBay rep and they couldn't do anything on their end. What can I do?
Is ebay still giving store subscriptions credit to purchase shipping supplies every quarter? If so, how can I locate the redemption code?
