buying things on ebay is easy but i been noticing something very disturbing.things that i bought are disappearing or never show under bought items. therefore i am having trouble returning anything if the order completly gone.not even a picture shows....

Buyer selected UPS, and I only ship USPS

i don't ship UPS, and my buyer was able to select it. I only ship USPS. now he has told me to ship USPS. I don't know how to change the selection. I have not printed lable yet. He said he can't change it on his side... Help?

Shipping multiple items

Customer purchased 10 same items. And it charged 10 separate fees. I can put all 10 items in same box for one fee. How do I fix it so the customer only pays one fee, not 10 fees.. I had quantity of 10 available for purchase, not sure if I missed some...

Buyer wants me to ship Internationally to Australia... But that's not the address on file..HELP

After the buy won a bid. he contacted me to change the shipping to Australia . I told him that is not something i have the power to do. I can only ship to the address Ebay put on the shipping lable. and no he keeps telling me i can. well i don't see ...
