I bought a set of DVDs. The seller does not accept returns. The DVDs do
not play. I go to ebay's standard return page and I can't start a
return, it says seller does not accept returns. How do I file a return
please?
I tried all that already and after I typed in why it wasn't as described
I noticed the "start return" box is faint and clicking on it does
nothing. I also tried to chat with the bot and it won't allow me to talk
to an agent because I have no ongoing ...
USPS, FedEx, and UPS do not cover bullion. USPS will cover it if sent
Registered. No matter what happened to it, you're probably out. USPS
takes your money but there's really no coverage. Most dealers have
private insurance to cover that.
