How do I submit a claim to USPS for something that was shipped through
the Global Shipping Program? The package looks like they set something
big on it and definitely was not handled properly. Thanks for your help!
I just noticed that they charge the percentage on sales tax also? Is
this legal to do so? It's not actually personal part/profit to you, of
your personal sale, but a fee that goes to your state.
