I was told I'd get a refund by Feb 2, 2018 after item was returned. It said to ask ebay to step in if I don't get refund by that date. I paid $167.77.

How do I add photos? I get this "Too many tries. You cannot save any more photos." message after adding photos and deleting them to modify a little better only to find it says I reached the limit before I saved the photos.
