I'm waiting for tracking information, but seller doesn't want to update if it's been shipped. No communication whatsoever. What do you do if you just want to cancel?

I have contacted the seller over and over again to let him know why I want to cancel and yet I don't get any response at all, it looks like he is supposed to be a reputable seller, but yet he or she does NOT respond to my questions or request to canc...
