ebay tracking for coins, stamps and cards.. many times the tracking doesn't work, it doesn't track as delivered.. Customers see this then claim they're not receiving items.. Is anyone having this problem ??

I've had several buyers claim they did not receive items bc mail carriers continually do not scan tracking for discount postage for coins, stamps, sports cards and paper money. Then I have to refund the buyer. Is anyone having this problem ?

I'm having trouble seeing items views on my selling list. I can see watchers, but not page views.on the rare occasion I can see the views, the numbers seem the same..Either I'm just not getting views or, for some reason my listings aren't being seen ...

How do I add a second catagory after the item was already listed? (toys) I tried with no luck..
