I sent a buyer an offer for 17$ to a buyer. She excepted and paid . But
then realized she paid the full price of 21$. Why did this happen?and
how do I fix it ?
I had same problem. I ended up refund their money and letting them keep
the item. I was so afraid that they would leave negative reviews. I
asked eBay twice for help on negative feedback and never got help. So I
ended up losing the money and product....
