how do I permanently remove a list of all my purchases?

I called 4 hrs ago and spoke to an eBay Customer service rep and told him I wanted to cancel 2 bids I made. He said he would take care of it but I just noted that I am still the highest bidder. I do not want the 2 items. Please correct.
