I see that sellers have had this problem as long ago as 2017 and the
tech idiots still haven't fixed it. In seller preferences I switch off
"Keep listing when you're out of stock" because nearly all my listings
are unique. But Ebay just switches it b...
Mobile app not working, for a few days now. Fields missing, keeps
freezing, then says network error, can't enter UPC, just get the
spinning wheel forever, can't enter package details, loses my photos so
I have to start again etc etc. It's a disaster ...
There are other glitches as well lately. Sometimes I get a Global Error
and the listing page doesn't show. Sometimes also when I enter a UPC for
a CD all the info is there but the format is wrongly entered as Digital
Download. If I change it to CD it...
Thanks I found it, but I have to agree with "revenue collector" - the
new lister can't be converted into a template. And the problem lies with
the existing template. The new lister has just rearranged the fields,
perhaps making it slightly easier but...
Thanks. Sell similar has drawbacks unfortunately - like all mistakes in
the original listing have to be edited out. Often would rather start
from the beginning with a new listing to save time.What is the "new
lister"?
Same here. I have a template I created a couple of months ago but can't
edit it or make a new one as it will not Save. Come on Ebay sort this
please - now.
