I've got a non-receipt complaint for a small sale sent regular mail on
April 22nd. I just wonder how long customers have to report that. My
feeling is that some customers are abusing the refund system.
I got an order from South Africa and it should have gone to the Global
Shipping process. Normally, I get a delivery address in Kentucky and
they send it along. Why doesn't this always happen?
I am signed up for the Global Shipping program, and have made several
sales in Europe, but in the last week I have had two buyers complain
that they are being charged huge amounts for shipping; one in England
and the other in Brazil ($45.00US). Anybo...
Sometimes, especially when I am outside the U.S., my full store doesn't
come up. I haven't had any customer complaints about it yet, but I'm
afraid people who find my shop are not seeing everything.
How would shipping first class save the customer fees? When the Global
Shipping Program works I get the address in Tennessee and it just works.
These are all patches and decals so it is usually just an envelope? Why
are some shoppers getting zero fee...
