I've got a non-receipt complaint for a small sale sent regular mail on April 22nd. I just wonder how long customers have to report that. My feeling is that some customers are abusing the refund system.
I got an order from South Africa and it should have gone to the Global Shipping process. Normally, I get a delivery address in Kentucky and they send it along. Why doesn't this always happen?

I have been putting markdowns up regularly, but suddenly when I do the sale is unpopulated and I get a 'Skipped Item' message. Does anyone know why?
Sometimes, especially when I am outside the U.S., my full store doesn't come up. I haven't had any customer complaints about it yet, but I'm afraid people who find my shop are not seeing everything.
