In the same situation. Want to give great feedback, but have been
getting the same "Oops.There is a problem with reviews right now.Try
again in a few minutes.
received gtx 1060 purchased on eBay. From China. Windows 7 showed it was
a GTX 1060, but performance was bad. Tried GPU-Z which showed it was a
fake card. Tried updating driver and NVIDIA could not update the driver.
Just contacted the seller in Chin...
