I just had an offer on an item (qty 20) Offer was buy (20) @9.5 each
plus shipping. I accepted the offer, buyer paid but didn't get charged
shipping. Now I am stuck with shipping. Why is that?
My question about this policy is will ebay quit collecting fees on
calculated shipping? Right now if ebay collects $10 they get $2 in fees
+/-. If ebay charges a buyer $10 for shipping they take their percentage
