Now the shipping global using eBay shipping is now worst not like eBay before 2 years shipping. shipping fees for Asia must pay around 40 - 50 us dollars. but will not get items after 15 days. this happened if you buy seller location is USA. So bewar...

Seller Refused for Shipping

I bought Motherboard. Seller shipping in China. but seller sent me message he said he cannot ship it because No carrier and ask me to cancel order i already paid. My question is if i cancel Order i can get my money back(Refund)???.
