buyer wants to cancel purchase after having bid and paid?

buyer offer $210, less than the asking buy now of $275. I accepted, email stated payment received, I printed up $7 shipping when Buyer ask to cancel order. What's my recourse?

buyer claims (2) items are not as described, wants to return
