Final value fee increase

I guess I haven't been paying much attention. Just noticed the final value fee has increased to $0.40. miss the old days when it was just 10% then PayPals fee

Anyone else refuse to sell to someone that has 0 feedback and just made their account the same day

Someone just BIN an item of mine. I checked their profile and they have 0 feedback and they made their account the same day
