I won an auction today but before i could pay the seller cancelled the
transaction stating a problem with buyers address. (My address is fine
and paypal verified). They then relisted item for much higher price...is
this allowed?
I use the eBay mobile version that my phone defaults to. Beginning this
week, there is no longer a filter tab in top left when i search for an
item..like category, size, item location etc. Any thoughts?

Purchased item 25 days ago paid with PayPal. Auction said allow 30 days
for delivery. Its day 25 and I doubt its coming. However if I wait til
day 30 its too late to open case? Or should I just do it thru PayPal?
