I'm a top rated seller for years, I have always been able to click Help
and contact and it would bring up a box on the left to hit to have the
concierge call you back..in minutes they call...Now that Box is
gone...So can anyone tell me how to contact...
I sell weight loss products and people do not like their id to show they
bought this. Ive noticed on other sellers it does not show what people
bought and just says verified purchase...How do I set my account to say

I always hit contact to get my concierge to call me and now its only
letting me talk to an automated assistant, which helps with nothing..Im
a top rated seller so nothing has canged..

I have had ebay remove negative feedback 3 times in six months. Was an
easy transaction. Due also to proof and they buyer was a con and lying.
For instance one said they never received product and tracking showed it
was delivered to their door.
