Not sure about those "few cents". I just went to mail something that
should have been Parcel Select ground. The label that printed was for
flat rate envelope. Our ebay acct says parcel select ground. They
charged the customer $10 + for parcel select ...
I sold something that was supposed to ship Parcel Select Ground. Imagine
my surprise when I get to the Post Office and it reads "flat rate
envelope" was charged! No, its NOT just a few cents different than
Priority, it was $6! My item only sold for $...
