I have an international buyer that says they never received the item. It was shipped 6 months ago.There is no option to report issue for an item that old! I cannot contact ebay!

Item was sold, buyer hasn't paid. If I try to send an invoice, eBay says it's already sent one and it will not let me send another!I think that issue needs to be looked into! Maybe set a time limit before another invoice can be sent!

Thank you, That's basically what I told the buyer. It's hard to talk to someone in a different language, but they keep saying that they tried to contact eBay with no luck. It seems that the item is held up in customs??EBay international shipping says...

Yep! Same issue here. USPS labels print fine on Avery labels. Fedex wastes extra label every time! One time and one time only, I was able to scale the label down to 70%. But I don't see that option anymore! PITA
