Is it an acceptable practice for a buyer to ship a return from an
entirely different State (other side of the US) than I shipped the item
to?It's a "not as described" return, so I'd be refunding item cost and

I've ordered large amounts of bubble wrap 7 times in the past yer or
so.Three times, the seller did not send the full order.I'm curious if
they figure that the buyer won't actually measure it all when we're
talking about over 150'.The seller(s) never...
I do buy my boxes from Uline, but don't want to pay the insane shipping
for their bubble wrap. I think I found a good supplier about 35 min
drive from my place.
