How do you run an account report for your 2022 annual shipping cost for all items sold?

I have a return that the customer now wants to keep the item.How do I get my return paid shipping refunded and cancel the return transaction?

How do you update your return address when shipping an item you sold? I'm not sure where that feature is when printing labels purchased from e-bay.I had an item returned by customs because I only had my initials and not full name on the return addres...
