eBay

I sold an item that I need to return a parcial payment on. I have googled, tried eBay help. Everything says to use the drop down menu from my eBay or seller hub... I have tried both, there is no "refund" showing up on my drop down menu... no option a...

I Had to change my shipping label, the one I bought on eBay was for a media shipping label… So I went to the post office at office in purchased another shipping label and I need to make sure my tracking number can be put on this on eBay
