I just received payment for an order than was cancelled almost 3 weeks ago. Obviously I'll refund their money - but wondering if there is something else I should do as well? So. Weird. People.

Twice now the SAME item has sold via Buy it Now to a new account with zero feedback (different accounts both times). The addresses listed are overseas - once Zambia - once Sri Lanka. I do not have Global shipping enabled, and I clearly state US Buyer...
