i sold an item, buyer asked to return just at the 30 day return period.
Ebay refunded this buyer out of my funds before the item made it back to
me. There is damage to this item. I called ebay, an agent looked into it
and said ebay would take care of...
i sold an item and provided free shipping.. the buyer requested a return
because she changed her mind. ( in her words).. she paid to return the
item but how to I recoup my free shipping to her?
