Apparently Ebay decided this week to discontinue printing of Address
Labels. This is crucial to anybody who ships small products like decals
that get mailed with stamps. You would think a company this large would
be adding features, not taking featur...
If I am over my 100 free listings on my basic selling account, and I now
upgrade to the next package at 250 listings, will I get credited back
the listing fees?
