unless things have changed in last 2 yrs ..buyers can return item in any
condition dispute the charge on theircredit card and get their money
back...happened to me with no support from ebay
i sold a item and offered free shipping...what about the insurance
..buyer never requested it . i was going to have it shipped with
tracking and signature
happened to me twice in last two weeks, one item was 33 with ups and 151
with usps to send ,had to cancel ordercalling and calling still not
resolved, have 120 items on time away
