eBay Gift card frauds
Respected eBay team, I am Bala Kopparthi, working and residing at Portland, Oregon.   On 10th Apr, I have purchased 2 eBay gift cards ($100+$50). I have activated both the cards at the shop's register. I have never shared any code with anyone and on the same day night, when I tried to redeem them on the eBay website, it says 'There's no balance left on this code.' for both the cards. I would like to purchase my baby's birthday present with that. I have the shop receipts with me as the proof.   I was shocked and depressed, as my hard-earned money was looted. I tried to call consumer care, there is no one picked the call (this might be due to COVID-19 issue). But there is no way to complain on the website on this issue.   Hence, I am complaining on your website about this loss. I am ready to post the shop receipts as an attachment, if needed. Could you look into this and help me to cover my loss and also ensure that these type of incidents do not repeat for any consumer.   I always believe that business should have a code as, ‘Customer is a king’ to grow, but now, it is otherwise. Your help on this would be grateful to me.   Thanks a lot
