Please, where do I stand?
A buyer brought seeds from my store and then left negative feedback for me. He wrote later to explain he had mixed up sellers and the negative was for someone else, not me. The unfair feedback on my page has knocked down my ratings. I asked ebay if they would remove it but they refused, stating it is all now tied up to "legalities". I cannot respond to his feedback that they were not my seeds, because once he wrote the offensive FB I had already responded in defense.
I am uncomfortable taking the brunt of another's wrong doing, especially in light of how it will affect my own seed selling reputation. I just wonder if there is something I can do?
Thank you, very much.

well you send them a request to revise the feedback...then the buyer can change it to whatever they wanted to...
there is a procedure... somethings you just need to learn...
go to site map at bottom of page... topics...and near bottom HELP A-Z... look up feedback revision...you'll find it
