Here it is May 25, 2021 and this problem seems to be still here. I have had slow ebay for a couple of days and thought it was my internet so I rebooted both the cable router and the wifi router. No better now although I picked up about 20% on my speed test. Other sites are fine. I hope ebay gets this thing straightened out because from the looks of things it has been going on for a long time.
