Redirected to another site

Every time I try to go on any eBay page, I get redirected to some bogus page http//a.agvzvwof. I'm having to use my wife's iPad to write this. Is anyone else having the same problem, and how do you stop it?

I am also getting that same message but mine is from Apple care stating that my computer has Malware and 3 viruses. Which I don't.

I am using Firefox and also have AVG.  Cleared cashes and ran Malware bytes to no avail.  I have resolved it by using "Private Window". Believe Chrome has something similar

I use Firefox with DuckDuckGo search engine. Every eBay search took me back to DuckDuckGo. I don't use Chrome but the tip about AVG got me thinking about add-ons in Firefox. I had an add-on "Redirect to DuckDuckGo". It's supposed to redirect Google searches to DuckDuckGo. I disabled it and eBay now behaves correctly. Maybe eBay uses Google for it's searches thus the redirect.
