I have buyers that never pay and never communicate. When I go to leave feedback, all I know get are the choices of "positive" or "I'll leave feedback later". Why can't I leave negative feedback anymore?

Agree, but I would block anyone with any non payment strike no matter the length. What happened to your word in an agreement?

Same Here!!! Can't leave negative feedback. Not fair. And I looked at their purchases and it's all positive, but then again, we can't leave negative. It's costing me time and money and I'm not a huge seller. Just a small fish, but still, it's so aggravating. They need to fix the problems, too many other selling sites out there now! I've been havintg great luck with Mercari!

Buyer buys item...never opens it...3 weeks later lies and says it’s broken and forces return. Item received works perfectly. Buyers lie and don’t care because I can’t do a thing about it as a seller except deal with problems caused by our lack of any control on here. Goodbye Ebay.

No point of these record, there is a option in ebay said ,,a buyer wih more than 2 strikes per week to not see your products''. So, a buyer can have hundreds compains, no point.

Yes, and with that way you do not know how to avoid the bad buyers, they ARE 10% CONSTANT and always will be.
And the ebay policies protects these 10% bad bayers and we pay for that to be tortured from them.

The thing is, people talk like it's "Buyers" VS "Sellers". When 99% of us are both! I sell nowdays and this rule is nonsense. I got boned by a lying buyer (said something was used when I swear on all holy it was not, then refused to communicate and left bad feedback). So, now I have one bad feedback and it looks ugly. All because of a liar. The thing is, it's not me being bias since im a seller. I also buy a lot from ebay! Started as a buyer in fact, as most of us did. And I STILL say the no bad buyer feedback rule is ridiculous. Even before I got boned. This is a good way to lose sellers which makes it worse for the good buyers. The reason they do this is because they can. We have no good viable competitor to Ebay. They are the Wal-Mart of selling used items online. Once a company has the whole market, they do as they please. Never fails. Amazon is putting some hurt on them, but it's not a direct competitor for used items.
