With the new rules and control Ebay and Paypal are trying to enforce on sellers, not only are they losing the long time seller's from when Ebay began, but thru word of mouth, would be new seller's do not want to go into this marketplace now. High fees, no regard for the seller who make's their money in the first place.

Agree with you,,,,,,,,,, THE _ _ _ _ EXECUTIVE THAT HAS DECIDED TO MAKE THESE RULES IS DELIBERATELY CREATING NEW RULES TO ELIMINATE SMALL BUSINESS SELLERS ON EBAY. These rules require sellers on ebay to follow strict policies, or leave. this is no surprise coming from a company in a state that is in total chaos.

Ebid is my first choice to start after reading reviews,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, and for those of you complaining,,,,,, they are growing each year. there are also other sites I will be searching.

Ebay has quickly become a scam. Suspending large users for little to know reason, giving misinformation and then having the nerve to charge Anchor Store owners like myself the $299.99 a month fee when we have ZERO access to our store to list even a single item because of the hoops they want us to jump through. My store had a 100% feedback rating, was tied to a relative's account that owed money and overnight 4,000 listings were gone. I even offered to pay the overdue relative's balance but I have no access to the relative's account. For two months I was suspended without getting anywhere on how to pay the relatives account and they had the nerve to charge me two months worth of $299.99 Anchor store fees when they provided me ZERO service. When I said, screw this, cancel my account because I refused to pay for services NOT rendered, they had the nerve to charge a termination fee. They will never see a dime from me.

So sad Ebay is going downhill Fast. I sold a purse description used, took pictures of all parts of the purse. NO returns is an option and I chose it. I washed and hung up the purse before selling it. I get an email from buyer claiming it has black,yellow and sticky gross on it. She says I found a new one for a little more. As you can see by all pictures this item is clean as can be. I call Ebay. Shania says sounds like buyers remorse. We are in your favor. Call back on Friday. I ask why, she says thats when I have to call back. Later that day I get an email stating they decided in buyers favor! ????? So I call and talk with a supervisor, Christy tells me she gave me wrong info and they will take care of it. Just to take a picture of the purse when I get it back and show it is still clean. I explain, I took great photos, NOT tampered with, Option is NO returns, and description is AS shown. I get the purse back. NO black, NO yellow, NO sticky. So I take pictures and call Ebay again! I get Trudy an appeals specialist. She tells me NO i dont need your pictures????? Huh? I can appeal but the buyer gets her money back. Maybe even return shipping!! I made 7.00 on a Vera Bradley purse. I paid 20 back to the buyer plus return shipping. And OH ebay is gonna keep the original fees. So a 5.00 profit turned into a 32.00 loss!!!! These are there NEW policies she tells me! Why have an opition for NO returns then??? I think I will sell my stuff on another site! Good luck EBAY I have been with them since they started pretty much. Without Sellers you have no BUYERS!!

I am have added ONE new listing on ebay in over 2 years. Ebay is GREAT for buyers. But for sellers not so much. Ebay is way tooooo transparent. Its wonderful for buyers to see how may have sold of a particular item. It gives them a warm fuzzy. But my competitors can see 200 sold also. So they chick "have one of your own to sell?' and quickly duplicate the listing for themselves. Bingo! They have copied my listing. They have even stolen my verbiage. Ebay says if the verbiage is factual they cannot help me. The problem here is that my 45 years experience and my intellectual property is being compromised by people far less knowledgeable. And this one competitor does NOT play nice. They will NOT allow us to match their price. They will continuously go lower until ALL the profit is sucked dry. I HATE eBay.
