This is an important topic that was shut down by Ebay.
New thread started as Ebay suggested.

What are you wanting to know? What is the premise of your class action lawsuit?

What does this have to do with selling? I think they suggested to start a new topic somewhere more appropriate like the Soapbox or eBay Cafe.

Do you think that talking on eBay, about suing eBay, while selling on eBay is a really smart thing to do?
If it were up to me, you'd be banned. As it is you are blocked and reported.
I don't do stupid well.

So when are you going to start this class action? Why are you waiting, what's the hold up?
Try doing a search in the box above, it's on all the post RE; "class action", you will read the same things that are posted in most all of them, and would be posted here. Good luck! Being as we can not see the post that was shut down, this one is about worthless re any information or question that was in it. Care to elaborate?

Before you go any farther, recommend you check out the User Agreement with particular attention to the Legal Disputes section 18. In a nutshell, users agree to binding arbitration over class actions.

For the terms of a contract to be binding both parties have to adhere to their terms and conditions of the contract. Section 18 may be a nice bunch of legal terminology but it does not apply when it can be proven that one side or the other violated the terms of the original overall contract.
EBay has been sued, like most major corporations, multiple times over a variety of issues. You can easily find these on the internet.

The Soapbox? This topic is not appropriate for The Soapbox. Have you ever looked at that board to determine what topics are posted on that board? 😂

Not here to argue the merits. I'm no lawyer. Just pointing out the terms of service.

Better to take eBay to small claims court to recoup any financial hardship or emotional distress claim. Just check online for "small claims against eBay."

Well the topic can't be that important if you can't be bothered to give us any details about it.
