eBay is automatically assigning our PRE-OWNED - Excellent condition shoes to our NEW Shoe & Boot Sale Event rather than out PRE-OWNED Shoe & Boot Sale Event. I've contacted eBay twice to no avail. Anyone have any suggestions?
