Unable to log in with sandbox test users.

Is anyone else having difficulty logging in with test users on the sandbox environment.  Keep getting the error: We ran into a problem. Please try again later. Can't log in, get tokens etc. at all.  This is preventing us from progressing in any way.  Hoping it is a temporary issue that will be resolved soon.  Thanks.

I can log in with users created via this form but if I click on the selling URLs:

(A) https://bulksell.sandbox.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SingleList&sellingMode=AddItem 

(B) https://www.sandbox.ebay.com/mys/home?CurrentPage=MyeBayAllSelling&ssPageName=STRK:ME:LNLK:MESX&sour...

I either get a "bulksell.sandbox.ebay.com took too long to respond." error (case A) or get redirected to the LIVE eBay sign-in form (case B) where I'm stuck because I can't log in with my sandbox user there (why I'm redirected to the login form when I'm signed in already is beyond me).

Im still facing the same issue https://bulksell.sandbox.ebay.com/  is not working and anything else on sandbox redirect me to production

2025 also same issue .. Do eBay  is looking into these issues , Bakwas website not able to integrate with other platforms..
