Test users are unable to login to Sandbox

Is anyone else experiencing issues when trying to log in with test users in the sandbox environment? I keep encountering the error message: We ran into a problem. Please try again later. Logging in or obtaining tokens is completely impossible at the moment. This is blocking our progress entirely as we are getting unauthorized errors only. I’m hoping this is just a temporary issue that will be resolved quickly. Thank you.

The token generation and Sandbox login issue in the Sandbox has been resolved. 

To stay updated on current system issues with eBay APIs, you can refer to the API Status page.

Once again the Sandbox login is broken, please fix this and keep it running. It is extremely frustrating to be unable to proceed with development due to something so simple as a login

the ebay sandbox / api is the worst I have ever worked with, and I have worked with a lot.

I cannot login into sandbox through either API or website itself. It's been going on for days.

I can't log in either. And it isn't in the API Status page either developer_support@ebay

Does this apply to sandbox user creation as well? I've been trying all day and am just getting the error "An unknown issue has occurred. Contact the website administrator". That link doesn't even link to a contact form so I'm kind of blocked
